Stress management is a chance for understanding that if you are feeling stressed and distressed; You are not alone in this.
We need to acknowledge the excessive fear and stress that many of us felt during and now after the Pandemics. Fear of the future, anxiety over hardships, the expectations of self, the other’s expectation on us, lack of certain skills in meeting the demand, all and all-cause worry, fear, concern, pain, obsession, and misery.
Feeling stressed out due to finances, relationships, career, children, and life tasks cause mental health issues at times.
The usual coping strategies that we use for dealing with stress, are at times not enough.
We all need to improve our toolbox. Stress Management Sessions provide you with tools for healthier coping styles and moving forward opportunities.
The toolbox we offer includes hope, skills, acceptance, planning, resiliency and guidance. We need to learn the meaning of stress and distress in order to manage it well.
